Do you receive a certificate after completing training in Data State Inspectorate?
The certification of a data protection specialist is awarded by the Data State Inspectorate.
Currently, the preconditions for receiving a certificate are the following:
- Higher education in law, information technology or a similar area. In 2018, this demand will be changed and it is possible that other field experts will be able to apply
- You must complete a training course organised by companies which have been granted the rights to organise training for personal data protection specialists (currently, such rights have been granted to six companies). Data State Inspectorate does not train specialists.
- You must successfully complete the skill test of a personal data protection specialist.
