Right now, Peero App Team is looking for success-driven Active Sales Manager to lead sales and pre-sales activities. The primary purpose of the role will be to building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base and new clients.

It helps analyse peer-to-peer engagement data and provides companies with filterable networks that visualize employee engagement across a variety of characteristics, like fragmentation of teams, discovering your hidden talents, noticing those on burnout risk, improving business processes to support cross-functional collaboration and many more. We have a simple but ambitious goal: empower the success of any company through ongoing peer-to-peer feedback. To orient ourselves in this pursuit, we use PEERO APP core values as a wayfinding tool.   • to win new business through pro-active outbound outreach activity;
  • to begin business dialogues through sales calls, e-mails with focus on setting appointments;
  • participate on calls and in meetings with potential customers;
  • to help in moving sales efforts forward;
  • use and search for different sales channels
  • ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively;
  • to maintain and update the client database.


  • experience and comfort with making cold calls;
  • previous hands-on experience in B2B sales or consulting;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • dedicated, motivated and confident personality driven by personal achievements;
  • fluent written and spoken Latvian; Russian and English;
  • experience in selling software solutions is a HUGE plus.
