Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, execute and control Adobe products business development plans;
- Search for new business opportunities and build a sales network in Baltics&CEE countries;
- Lead negotiating and drive full sales cycle;
- Build strong relationships and engage with new partners to identify opportunities for Adobe office products;
- Facilitate communication with HQ, Adobe and regional teams;
- Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate projects to achieve a business goal.
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B customers in Baltics or CEE markets;
- 3+ years’ experience with IT sales projects;
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and sales project management skills;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- Can-do mindset and drive to win and close deals;
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
