We are looking for success driven:



  • Initiate, plan, execute and control Adobe products business development plans;
  • Search for new business opportunities and build a sales network in Baltics&CEE countries;
  • Lead negotiating and drive full sales cycle;
  • Build strong relationships and engage with new partners to identify opportunities for Adobe office products;
  • Facilitate communication with HQ, Adobe and regional teams;
  • Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate projects to achieve a business goal.


  • Experience with B2B customers in Baltics or CEE markets;
  • 3+ years’ experience with IT sales projects;
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, and sales project management skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Can-do mindset and drive to win and close deals;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
