It helps to analyse peer-to-peer engagement data and provides companies with filterable data analytics dashboards across a variety of characteristics, like fragmentation of teams, discovering your hidden talents, noticing those on burnout risk, improving business processes to support cross functional collaboration and many more. We have a simple, but ambitious goal: empower success of any company through ongoing peer-to-peer feedback. To orient ourselves in this pursuit, we use PEERO APP core values as a wayfinding tool. Right now, PEERO APP team is looking for a passionate, forward-thinking, and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist who wants to be part of a high growth company thriving in the fast-evolving employee experience industry! 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn inside and out PEERO APP platform and demonstrate the benefits to customers.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure their happiness.
  • Educating customers on the value, they can generate.
  • Identify and document consumption best practices and customer references.
  • Gathering and evaluating customer feedback to constantly improve existing processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with B2B customers / Account Management.
  • Strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person.
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • A true passion working with customers and driving their success.
  • Desire to work at a rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Advanced Latvian, English, and Russian language skills.
