CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Right now, PEERO APP team is looking for a passionate, forward-thinking and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist who wants to be part of a high growth company thriving in the fast-evolving employee experience industry!

Feedback technology PEERO APP empowers the hidden magic of peer-to-peer feedback for the success of any business or organisation. 

It helps analyse peer-to-peer engagement data and provides companies with filterable networks that visualize employee engagement across a variety of characteristics, like: fragmentation of teams, discovering your hidden talents, noticing those on burnout risk, improving business processes to support cross functional collaboration and many more. We have simple, but ambitious goal: empower success of any company through ongoing peer-to-peer feedback. To orient ourselves in this pursuit, we use PEERO APP core values as a wayfinding tool. We use these values daily to direct our strategy, influence our decision-making, and drive our company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • learn inside and out PEERO APP platform and demonstrate the benefits to customers;
  • managing a portfolio of customers to ensure their happiness;
  • educating customers on the value, they can generate;
  • identify and document consumption best practices and customer references;
  • approaching new customers – cold calling; emailing etc.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in HR/Active sales/Account Management;
  • strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person;
  • strong consulting, problem-solving, and project management skills;
  • a true passion working with customers and driving their success;
  • desire to work at a rapidly changing start-up environment;
  • advanced Latvian, English and Russian language skills.
