Cyber Security Business Development Manager

The SQUALIO Team is looking for an energetic, ambitious, sales and results-oriented Cyber Security Business Development Manager to lead all sales and partnership projects in the Baltics. The primary purpose of the role will be establishing new relationships with local partners and B2B customers to maximize revenue, maintain existing ones, and identify new opportunities for product expansion.   • Build a sales network and drive strategic business development in the Baltics region;
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with new and existing customers;
  • Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics in the Baltics region market;
  • Together with the marketing team build and oversee the go-to-market plan;
  • Collaborate with Account Management Team and Solution Sales to define and evaluate the sales plan and scope of the proposals;
  • To be trusted advisor and show the added value to customers;
  • Representing Squalio and Cyber Security services and solutions at industry exhibitions and conferences;
  • Achieving quarterly and annual targets and key results.


  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and/or selling Information or Cyber Security Services and Solutions;
  • Proven experience in pre-sales and IT consultation projects;
  • Knowledge in developing B2B sales strategies;
  • Experience in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
