ITAM Solutions Technical Sales Manager

ITAM Solutions Technical Sales Manager means – being a trusted adviser to our customers, demonstrating an expert outlook and technical assistance in ITAM products and services. You will drive ITAM products and solutions sales and presales stages, participate in strategic planning, and constantly improve skills to deliver the edge of technology to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, guide long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with ITAM Solutions Sales Manager and wider ITAM team to cultivate and develop business growth for ITAM Services, Solutions and Products, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Deliver ITAM product consulting and technical implementation projects and support.
  • Lead and participate workshops to different audiences in Latvian and English language, adjust to the target audience and tailor the key message accordingly.
  • Be able to position how ITAM will transform and improve the visibility of customer’s software estate to increase transparency, reduce risk and drive technology optimization.

Requirements:

  • Education in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering and/or Mathematics).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in integrators related infrastructure/ITAM service and products technical solutions sales.
  • Independently conducting meetings with engineering-level, management-level or executive level customer personnel in regard to positioning complex solutions & services.
  • Product knowledge of ServiceNow, Flexera and Snow to present the tools and explain how they work and support ITAM processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Team-oriented and skilled working within a collaborative environment.
