Key Account Manager

SQUALIO Team is looking for a passionate, success-driven Key Account Manager to lead B2B sales activities. The primary purpose of the role will be to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. This is an excellent role for a good team player and outgoing individual who enjoys establishing and expanding relationships.


  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts;
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers;
  • Plan customer activities and account development plan in CRM system;
  • Identify customer needs for new products & services;
  • Preparing project calculations and price offers to customers;
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up;
  • Serve as the contact point for key customers and internal teams.


  • 2+ year experience in working in global environments with B2B customers;
  • Proven experience as a key account manager or similar position;
  • A strong background in the IT industry or with IT sales projects;
  • Experience in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Can-do mindset;
  • Strong verbal and written Latvian and English communication skills.
