Office Manager

Squalio team is looking for an Office Manager who will organize and coordinate office administration in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing general administrative support to employees;
  • Carry out day-to-day office management operations;
  • Managing correspondence, phone calls, internal documentation and invoices;
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery;
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and business trips;
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Management, Accounting etc. to maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Manage relationships with service providers and landlords;
  • Participate actively in the planning of company events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Customer service attitude;
  • Lithuanian and English language skills.
