SALES ASSISTANT

Squalio team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Sales Department, The Sales Assistant will work alongside our Sales team to provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day tasks to help achieve sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide support in the sales process, from lead generation to post-sales activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing.
  • Maintain customer records and update the company’s database with relevant information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and take notes as required.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • A true interest in working in the IT segment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Latvian skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
