Sales Development Manager

SQUALIO Team is looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Manager with a sound eye for business and natural sales instincts. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a portfolio of Key Accounts and attract new clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Plan customer activities and account development in the CRM system.
  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities.
  • Prepare project calculations and price offers to customers.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups,
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
  • Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Serve as the contact point for key customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in a global environment as a Key Account Manager or similar position.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and solution-selling tactics.
  • Knowledge and experience in the IT industry or/and IT sales projects.
  • Proven track record in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new C-level customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Can-do mindset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English.
