The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For The Following:

Manage the continued growth of the Squalio Estonia sales.

Drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts and teams, identifying clients through research and lead generation. .

Evolve and implement targets and measurement KPIs for both operational effectiveness and financial results.

Design incentive and compensation plans to align target results and sales.

Be a thought partner and leader to the rest of the organisation to help Squalio Estonia  achieve its ambitious goals by identifying and executing on market opportunities.

Help drive continuous improvement, identify value creation opportunities, build and implement efficient and effective sales processes and systems.

Expertly represent Squalio products, vision, value proposition, and solutions to Estonia and international customers.

Prepare and present presentations to the Board and company on strategy, progress and results.

You Should Possess The Following Qualifications:

Strong track record with performing sales that meet and exceed sales goals. Ideally in international context.

At least 3+ years in B2B sales roles.

In-depth experience growing and managing sales processes.

Experience in leveraging CRM tools.

Must have familiarity within the technology industry or other industries with innovation patterns.

Desire to understand technology trends globally and have a passion for the opportunity that is evolving in this space.

Embraces Squalio culture, leadership style and competencies.

Strong emotional intelligence, high energy and self-motivated to achieve clearly defined goals.

Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of Squalio and partner organizations.

Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English.
