SQUALIO Team is in search of an energetic, high-achieving SAM Delivery Manager to manage SAM operations. The primary purpose of the role will be to provide and lead service delivery management operations, and support and oversee clients and service delivery processes. This is an excellent role for a good team player and outgoing individual who enjoys combine technical and soft skills.


  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Lead the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Coordinate and plan meetings in all stages of service delivery processes.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, if necessary, provide solutions for raised issues.
  • Ensure successful communication and information exchange between the involved parties.
  • Identify and adjust customer needs for products and services.
  • Participate and coordinate budget, deadlines, and quality scores.
  • Review, maintain, and update existing and new service delivery procedures and policies.
  • Keep the track of agreements of clients’ portfolio.
  • Prepare, submit, and present reports.


  • At least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of IT systems and processes.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • ITIL knowledge, will be counted as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of software resource management processes (SAM, ITAM, ITSM), will be counted as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of software licensing as example (MS / Oracle / SAP / IBM/ Adobe, etc.), will be counted as an advantage.
