SMB Sales Executive

(POLAND)

SQUALIO Team is looking for a passionate, success driven SMB Sales Executive to lead B2B Sales activities. The primary purpose of the role will be to building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Ideally, you have some previous outbound IT solution sales or direct sales experience, and you want to put those skills to good use!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish new business opportunities through pro-active outbound sales activities.
  • Lead and build business dialogues through sales calls, e-mails, and meetings.
  • Recognize customer needs, create offers with unique selling points.
  • Provide professional and time effective account management assistance.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Prepare contracts in collaboration with the legal team.

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience in B2B sales, especially with a Software product/IT Solutions or Products or in a relevant field.
  • Experience in selling SaaS/IaaS and PaaS services will count as a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of customer’s success management(cross-sell, up-sell and etc.).
  • Dedicated, motivated and confident personality driven by personal achievements and accomplishments.
  • Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative.
