Talent Acquisition Manager

Squalio team is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring talented employees for our growing team across Baltics and other European countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and discover top talents for our international vacancies using direct approach and job boards;
  • Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions;
  • Plan and conduct selection processes (reviewing resumes, screening calls, interviews etc.);
  • Conduct recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and the qualifications needed to fill the role;
  • Maintain long-term relations with potential candidates and past applicants;
  • Prepare and organize all necessary personnel documentation in accordance with existing laws and company regulations;
  • Provide analytical recruitment reports and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field;
  • Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role;
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn;
  • Understanding of all recruitment methods and techniques;
  • Strong verbal and written Latvian and English skills;
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
