Partnerships Development Executive
for Microsoft products

The SQUALIO Team is looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented Partnerships Development Executive to lead all sales and partnership projects in Lithuania. The main aim of the role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • To win new business through pro-active outbound sales;
  • To maintain and update the client database;
  • To recognize customer needs, create offers with unique selling points;
  • Prepare contracts in collaboration with the legal team.


  • 1+ year of experience with B2B Sales;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, demo calls);
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas;
  • Experience with CRM software;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
