about the company

Tenapors (subsidiary of Tenax group) is the largest manufacturer of industrial chemicals (sealants and adhesives), sandwich-panels and insulation materials in the Baltic countries. The company employs over 150 highly qualified specialists.

About the project

The company had an outdated on-premise email system, which was difficult to manage and didn’t provide employees with qualitative services, thus creating an additional burden for the IT department, making them constantly deal with unplanned problem situations. Their outdated technology also prevented employees from accessing the necessary information from their phones or outside the company’s premises.

In addition to the latest MS Office software, other Office 365 tools were implemented, including Exchange Online email services, OneDrive cloud storage and Skype for Business for internal communication and online conferencing. Another important benefit is the unified authentication option, which means that employees only need to log in once to access the various systems used by the company.

Results

As a result of introducing Office 365, Tenax group managed to reduce software costs by 18%. In addition, thanks to the modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure, their IT department no longer needs to invest as much time in regular system updates and administrative tasks, allowing greater focus on infrastructure development and improving employee productivity. Since Office 365 is a cloud service that ensures a wide data privacy policy, the company’s data security was also improved, making it possible for employees to safely access and use their work data outside the company’s premises.

Customer feedback

Introducing Office 365 has improved the work efficiency, mobility and work security of the company’s IT department and all other employees. This technology is incredibly valuable. In addition, it is more cost-effective than a localized infrastructure and does not require initial investments. It is easy to use and customizable. We are grateful that Squalio convinced us of the value of this solution.
