Can you register public seminar attendees on one sheet?

This type of registration is allowed, however, it is better to organise it following the steps below:

• If the registration is first organised online, it is advised to warn the attendee before the seminar that they will have to sign their name and surname on the registration sheet and that their name and surname will be visible to other attendees during registration.
• If the registration is not organised online, but is organised upon arrival at the seminar, then it is advised to include the terms of data processing in the registration sheet, in which you indicate that during registration the name and surname of the attendee is accessible to other attendees. If the person does not agree to the terms, they can not sign their name on the sheet and not take part in the seminar.
