ITAM Solutions Sales Manager for CEE Region

Squalio Team are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results oriented ITAM Solutions Sales Manager to lead all sales and partnership projects in the CEE region. The primary purpose of the role will be establishing new relationships with local partners and B2B customers to maximize revenue, maintain existing ones, and identify new opportunities for product expansion.   • Build a sales network and drive strategic business development in the CEE region.
  • Collaborate with ITAM Business Development Manager and ITAM Technical Team to define and evaluate the sales plan, the scope of the proposals and agreements.
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with new and existing customers.
  • Process incoming sales leads and serve as the contact point for key customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain an ITAM portfolio and structure of services, scenarios and offers.
  • Work collaboratively with the ITAM Technical team and wider internal team to cultivate and develop business growth for ITAM solutions and products and achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead and support technical aspects of the solution sales cycle following necessary actions and documentation.
  • Together with the marketing team build and oversee the go-to-market plan.
  • Participation in presentations/webinars, and industry exhibitions and conferences.


  • Bachelor’s or/and master’s degree in computer science, business management or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and/or selling IT, Software Development, or ITAM Services and Solutions.
  • Proven track of record in completing and/or coordinating sales cycle processes (pre-sales, sales, aftersales).
  • Experience in the IT industry and cloud delivery projects, licensing in IT will count as an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
