The Peero App Team is looking for success driven Junior Account Manager to lead sales and pre-sales activities. The primary purpose of the role will be to building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base and new clients.


  • To win new business through pro-active outbound telephone activity.
  • To begin business dialogues through sales calls, e-mails, and meetings.
  • To recognise customer needs, create offers with unique selling points.
  • To provide professional and time effective account management.
  • To maintain and update the client database.
  • Prepare contracts in collaboration with the legal team.


  • Passion for providing the best client experience.
  • Experience and comfort with making cold calls.
  • Previous hands-on experience in B2B sales or consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Dedicated, motivated and confident personality driven by personal achievements and accomplishments.
  • Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
  • Be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative.
