New Business Sales Manager (German speaking)

We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive our business growth by acquiring new customers for our IT services. You'll be responsible for building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, specifically within the German market. Proficiency in German is essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Systematic development and maintenance of business relationships with the aim of acquiring new customers in the German market.
  • Building and maintaining a network to identify potential new customers.
  • Proactively make calls and emails to win new business.
  • Developing and presenting customised offers and leading negotiations up to the successful conclusion of contracts with new customers.
  • Continuously monitoring the market and analysing competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Regular coordination with specialist departments to optimize sales strategies. 
  • Developing and implementing processes and structures in the area of new business.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to target and acquire new customers.
  • Active participation in industry trade fairs and events.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially with software or IT services.
  • Background in outbound or direct sales.
  • Eagerness to learn about the IT industry and pursue professional growth.
  • Analytical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to prioritise correctly.
  • High level of personal responsibility, organisational skills and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when approaching new customers.
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Confident demeanor and strong presentation skills.
  • Very good language skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel on business.
