Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business, focusing on high-growth opportunities and expanding the company’s market presence.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored IT services solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position offerings competitively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to maximize long-term revenue potential.
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and key sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and enterprise sales.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to sell custom IT services.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
  • Capability of engaging senior decision-makers.
