Solutions Sales Manager

We are seeking a Solutions Sales Manager to join our team in the IT Solutions and Services industry. The Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our solutions and services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Delivery, to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Sales Manager or in a similar role in the IT Solutions and Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
