If you have any complaints, remarks or instructions regarding actions taken by Squalio or its employees, or you want to report possible violations (including possible corrupt actions), please write to us at compliance@squalio.com.

 

Squalio will review your complaint within 15 calendar days as of receiving the complaint (maximum term). If it will not be possible to review your complaint within the set deadline, we will inform you of the reasons for the extension and indicate the new deadline for reply.
