- Carlos Trigoso is a Senior Manager working in the EY EMEIA Advisory Centre, Information Security. His current focus is Security consultancy in cutting-edge areas as the Connected Car, the Internet of Things, Smart Grid and Identity Management in the Cloud. Previously he worked for 5 years as the EMEA Chief Architect and Lead for the Accenture Cloud-based Identity Management services. In doing so he has worked for large corporations and also public sector organisations across Europe and other regions, designing Security architectures for the automotive, financial, telecom, health and government sectors. His approach highlights the areas of “security for the cloud” and “security in the cloud” – distinguishing and joining up requirements for cloud services from those for cloud technology adoption. The key aspects of the presentation will be to clarify the changes in Security strategy, the correlation of Trust and Risk management, and the future of Security and Identity management in the new period of extended IT infrastructures and global collaboration networks.
