CITY UP project opening

DPA in cooperation with regional municipalities, DPA Advanced Technology Centre SQUALIO, Chamber of Commerce and University of Latvia has started a new Start-up Initiative in the regions of Latvia. The aim of the initiative is to stimulate regional companies and pupils to cooperate in field of development of new business ideas by using modern technologies.

December 12, 15 and 16 will be organized CITY UP project opening meeting where students will have the opportunity to meet with their selected companies and negotiate about the scope and next steps of the project.

•      12 December at 15:00 in Governance of Education in Jelgava, Svetes 22;
•      15 December at 15:00 in Sigulda State Gymnasium, K. Barona 10;
•      16 December at 15:00 in Priekulu Technicum, Eglu gatve 9, Priekuli.

Starting from 12th of December in the period of three month students will be creating the solutions that solves the problems of local businesses. At the end of the project solutions will be judged and the best ot them in each region will be awarded.
