Logistics and Sales Support Specialist
SQUALIO team is looking for a Logistics and Sales Support Specialist who will manage the ordering and billing processes for software vendors such as Microsoft, Google, and others within SQUALIO and its affiliated companies. The role involves working with vendor and supplier portals, as well as maintaining data in the company’s accounting systems.
This position is a maternity cover role.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage change requests for SQUALIO and affiliated companies (customer account creation, purchase order creation, license amount changes, ticket submission in vendor portals etc.)
- Communicate directly with customers, external partners and vendors when needed
- Support public and private sector procurement processes
- Train colleagues on correct order submission in CRM system to ensure that all requests are in compliance with internal procedures
- Contribute to the implementation and development of license management portals
- Handle customer invoicing, including late payment notifications
- Maintain data accuracy in sales systems (CRM) and continuously improve licensing knowledge
- Propose and implement ideas to improve departmental efficiency and quality
- Follow company policies, ensure confidentiality, and perform duties professionally
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or administrative role
- Experience of working with clients
- Understanding of the role of information technology in organizational processes
- Knowledge of public/private sector operations and procurement procedures
- Proficiency in standard office software and applications
- Higher education required. Preferred fields of study – law, economics, or business administration
