Microsoft Copilot Junior Consultant

SQUALIO team is looking for a Microsoft Copilot Junior Consultant. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging AI and Microsoft technologies to enhance business productivity. The position involves supporting clients in deploying, adopting, and optimizing Microsoft Copilot solutions across different environments. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, the Junior Consultant contributes to project delivery, customer training, and issue resolution while continuously developing their technical and consulting expertise.

This role offers a pathway to more advanced consulting or technical positions. With experience and continued learning, Junior Consultants can progress to Senior Consultant or Solution Architect roles.

Microsoft Copilot Junior Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Engagement: Assist in understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and providing support during Copilot implementation and adoption phases.
  • Solution Deployment: Participate in the configuration, deployment, and testing of Microsoft Copilot solutions under supervision.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver user training sessions, create documentation, and provide guidance on best practices for Copilot usage.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Copilot integration, performance, and user experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Copilot features, updates, and related technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reporting: Document project progress, user feedback, and technical issues for internal and client review.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or other Microsoft platforms. Familiarity with AI concepts and productivity tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Customer Focus: Eagerness to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) are an advantage but not required.
