1. Firefly takes flight

Adobe Firefly, the family of creative generative AI models, is expanding its capabilities with the introduction of the Firefly Video Model (beta). 2. Photoshop and Illustrator get a boost

Extend clips to cover gaps in footage, smooth out transitions, or hold on shots longer for perfectly timed edits with Generative Extend (beta).  

Adobe Express now offers new enterprise capabilities to supercharge employees with AI, enable every team with access to approved assets, and protect business brands. Creative professionals can also extend the power of apps like Photoshop and Illustrator with Express, taking the content they've created and enabling marketing, sales, HR, and other teams to do more with it. New features include advanced AI-powered editing tools, expanded templates and design assets, and enhanced collaboration features for seamless teamwork. Bulk Create empowers organizations to efficiently repurpose assets into thousands of customized versions.

InDesign users benefit from the latest evolution of Firefly Image 3 Model, which generates images four times faster. New features in InDesign empower creative professionals with more speed, precision, and control, streamlining the creative process for even greater efficiency. For example, you can now quickly attach, arrange, and move an object along any path of their artboard with the new Objects on Path feature. Plus, you can now export InDesign documents to Adobe Express to empower other people you work with to make minor changes while staying within the overall layout design.

Lightroom users can now enjoy a more streamlined and integrated workflow, simplifying the process of organizing, editing, and sharing their photos. New features include AI-powered masking for complex selections and advanced color grading tools for precise adjustments. Generative Remove is now generally available with improved selection and object detection for easier, more accurate removals.
