Who benefits from GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will introduce significant changes in the existing Data Protection Directive with regard to natural person data protection, aiming to elevate the level of personal data protection and give the data subject the rights and the responsibility to control the handing over of their data for processing. Considering that now any service provided involves data processing, the use of natural person data has become uncontrollable, threatening both the data subject and the company processing the data. Rules regulating significant terms of data processing will better personal data protection which will in turn build trust in the data subject when handing over their data for processing.
